Brilliant Recruiter is an independent recruiting practice based in the United States. We partner with a small number of technology companies to fill senior roles across engineering, product, design, and operations.
Because we work with a tight roster of clients, we don't post open roles publicly and we don't run a job board. Instead, when a client opens a role, we look through our talent network and reach out only to the candidates whose profile is a close match.

You join the network.
You submit the form above with your background and the kind of role you'd consider. We add you to a private, internal roster — we don't publish profiles anywhere.

We match against open roles.
When one of our client companies opens a senior role, we review the roster for candidates whose experience is a genuinely strong fit. Most candidates are not contacted for most roles — that's the point.

We reach out personally.
If you're a match, a recruiter sends you a short note over your preferred channel with a description of the role and a link to learn more. You decide whether to take the conversation further.
